BOOSTER CLUB:

Mandatory Parents meeting will be Jan. 14 at 7pm in Cafeteria. All athletes and their parents MUST attend.  This meeting is to elect new officers for coming season and to communicate all expectations and plans for coming season.

 

Uniforms: New track athletes uniforms are 50.00  -  Returning athletes who need to replace uniforms may order what they need  Top 25.00  shorts 25.00   Uniforms are yours to keep

Uniform orders are due by Feb. 1, 2010.  No late orders will be made

 

Booster Fees:  $200.00   Includes warm ups and team shirt

These fees help pay for entry fees to meets, banquet, awards, equipment needed on track and for training, maintenance needs and other various things needed by team during season.  All fees and spirit wear order forms are due by Feb. 1, 2010.  NO LATE orders will be accepted – if there is a problem please contact coach Faulkner.

Additional Spirit wear can be ordered – but we ask you to pay booster fees first before purchasing additional items (see spirit wear Order Sheet)

 

Each athlete is asked to supply one 24 pack of water to be used at away meets  -  this can be brought to Coach Faulkner

 
The Booster Club organization has been established to support our athletes and coaches. Our primary goal is to provide the financial support needed during the season for our Track & Field teams to participate in local and out-of-state competitions.

One of the primary purposes of the organization is to allow our children to only have to concentrate on the training and athletics needed to perform well. Parental support is key to the success of the organization.

We encourage booster club membership, participation in fund raising activities, and parental involvement to help get systems in place to make this organization an effective and true support system for our children and coaches.

In an effort to help our Track & Field program succeed, an Executive Board of Booster Club officers and At- Large Members and several committees have been established. The Executive Board and coaching staff would like to invite each of you to get involved.
